the leading manufacturers, stockists and suppliers of railcar
spares, railway track materials, railway equipment, and forged and
cast metal products!
Equipped with forging lines including a 3T electro-hydraulic
hammer, 2500T hot die press, 1600T hot die press, 400T double-plate
friction press, and 300T double-plate friction press, Kingrail is also equipped with complete machining and inspection equipment.
Main machining equipment: CNC lathes, painting line, continuous
heat-treatment line, well-type furnace, cutting machines and
robots.
Main testing equipment: OES metals analyzer, CMM and universal
hydraulic testing machine.
Kingrail invests about 8% of its sales volume in R&D expenses and
